{UAH} Irene Lubwama in London?

Dear Team Does any one know of Irene  Lubwama?

I Irene Lubwama - She is in hospital  in Tooting -london information past on to Uganda Youth  Daispora - By charity  organisations -
Irene Lubwama  was diagnosed  by cancer - Which has spreed to her lungs - She has 2 kids in Uganda.
No next of kin at all in UK.

1) Do you  know  Irene?
2)How can we help?
3) Does anyone live around tooting?
