{UAH} Jim Muhwezi: Rukungiri people not happy about losing out on cabinet appointments

The outgoing Information Minister Jim Muhwezi has told NTV that the people of Rujumbura and other parts of Rukungiri are questioning why the president did not appoint someone from these areas in his new cabinet. This comes after Mwehwezi who has been serving in government since 1986 war was dropped from the new cabinet.  Major General Jim Muhwezi was also dislodged by an FDC contender in the concluded parliamentary election.
