{UAH} Misery in Uganda villages.

There is misery in Uganda villages.

Of recent, in Busoga and Karamonja people are starving! In Kampala where the sun never sets, businesses one after the other are collapsing under the weight of high interest rates and dollarisation of the economy.

The period between November to date has seen a culmination of what started two - three years. The extortionist economy has virtually collapsed - there is no more money to steal!

State agencies if at all they are productive, productivity is  less than 50%. Those that are or can be productive it  appears are being degraded, if this is political or just Africa ways it is hard to tell!

Is NRM keeping the status quo?
