MP Nambooze Poisoned
0The outspoken Mukono municipality Member of Parliament Betty Nambooze Bakileke has been admitted to Church of Uganda Hospital in Mukono District with serious stomach complications.
According to Namboze on Saturday she went outing with her friends but on reaching home she started feeling pain and was taken to Mukono hospital where she was treated and discharged on Sunday.
She however collapsed down on Monday morning and was again rushed to the same hospital where she is under the doctors' watch.
Below is her ordeal
"On Saturday I was in very high spirits and went out with my brother, son and five of my close friends. we had a wonderful day together but when I reached home I started feeling pangas of pain in the stomach," I was taken to Mukono Church hospital where I was treated so well…..by Sunday evening I was feeling much better and discharged….unfortunately on Monday morning my husband had taken the children to school and the maid had issues to settle at another school where her children goes….so I was alone at home….I had intended to pick a drink from the refrigerator down stairs when I collapsed and this is the condition where I was found almost an hour latter…..The good thing I have received proper care and am in safe hands….all tests don't point any to anything fatal and in just days I hope to be on my legs….as of now the doctors have just put me on observation"
