You always went with the false affidavit and innuendo that Lady Njoki was not the duty judge. Now one of the JSC lawyers Isa Mansur- the same lawyer who swore the affidavit against Justice Tunoi- not only withdrawals  that affidavit but apologies to Lady Njoki for the misleading information and furor it has created.  It was a deliberate slur by one of the JSC lawyers to whip up emotions, false ones it turns out about the lady Justice.
