{UAH} Open up the Northern Connection

 

Government should quickly set up three boarder commercial cities Oraba, Nimule and Bwera – Uganda traders who want to move to these locations can be given a three – six month free rent of facilities as they settle in. These should be cities not grass hut settlements!

Discussion can be started with the Central Africa Republic, South Sudan and DRCongo to find a cheaper highway/Railway line to Bangui, Berbérati or Bimbo. Sudan should be able t tap into this railway line. That is the only way Uganda can increase food production if more markets are opened up desert north
