Police admits to employing stick-wielding operatives

Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga, admitted to NTV that the two men are police informers informers.

Police has acknowledged that the two sticking-wielding men who drove away FDC mobiliser Ingrid Turinawe after she was arrested in Nakawa yesterday are part of the force.

However, a Makerere University Don Dr. Christopher Mbazira who teaches human rights says that the deployment of civilians to manage public order is a violation of human rights.
