{UAH} The UAE Example

This country is comprised of Seven Federated States in the Arabian Desert.  It is by the sea (water resources) and has oil, very limited arable land, but it has transformed itself from a least developed country to almost now a first world within the last three decades.

Uganda is almost the same size, with water resources, oil, other mineral resources and an expanse of arable land and see where we are. Please take time and read about the History of UAE through the link below:
