'Our lawyers have learnt that Mr. Chibita, DPP did not plan to bring Kizza Besigye to court. He wants to take the court to Prison!
Our lawyers have had to leave because Mr. Chibita, DPP is playing foolish games with Besigye. He is personally responsible for these games.
The Magistrate was asked to take the court to Luzira prison. He declined, and asked Mr. Chibita, DPP team to make the request in open court.
Mr. Mike Chibita heads the DPP. He's a High Court Judge too. He leads the State prosecution and he's personally liable for the foolishness.
The court has started without KB as Mr. Mike Chibita, DPP's team argue that there's a security risk against KB.
Mr. Mike Chibita's team & Joshua Byabashaija's prison team collude to argue that Besigye could not be brought to court coz of a security risk against him.
The Prosecution prays that the case be heard in Luzira prison where distance from prison to court is much shorter to reduce security threat.
Boos and chants of Kangaroo court as this is heard. Magistrate threatens to send all of us away.
Magistrate responds: Accused person not in court. I have listened. I'll make a ruling on 15 June as to whether he will accept Luzira or not.
Court has been adjourned to 15th June, 2016.'
