{UAH} A WORD TO KAMPALA MINISTER......

People;

The Minister for Kampala should devolve power to all regions of Kampala to take charge of their area, from covering the dangerous manholes to collecting their taxes in order to revamp their neighbourhood. It should be modelled on the boroughs of UK and run by elected officials. This way, every region of Kampala will plan how they want their neighbourhood to stand out in all aspects. I see this also creating opportunities for employment and accountability.

I also suggest that Mengo should be curved out and demarcated like the Vatican so as not to interfere with the rest of the devolved areas.

The KCC is way too corrupt, too archaic, too big, badly run and nepotistic in nature that requires abolishing and its carcass burnt. Devolution is the only way to go!.
