{UAH} Alton Sterling Being Killed by Baton Rouge Police"

In both cases the victims are apparently carrying guns in the states where it's open carry. Meaning in a true Yankee culture you can carry a gun. Unfortunately the victims are black dudes. I am wondering if these police would have acted in the same way if the fellows were white.
