{UAH} COLOURFUL MEMO BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,

Frank Mujabi, following on to my advise to the Kampala Czarina Betty Kamya, here is one who disagrees. They who want things done kicini-cini and excluding others.  The memo albeit colourful, it's archaic in language and wrong in substance. 

Uganda or any establishment needs transparency and inclusion its right that Betty Kamya gets to do things in the open, including the roaches under the damp sink. Ugandans want to be part of this engagement because every decision made affects them.  So i will have to disagree with him. betty must carry on with the open consultation with every man, woman and Kifesi.
