{UAH} Creating a new society

The state of Israel specialty and biggest economy is building new settlements - in fact many European countries are specialists in the same - why not Uganda?

Uganda needs silos full with food to last for six month in each municipality.

Then Uganda can embark on massive housing and resettlement of rural folk into the fourteen municipalities. 

Uganda has 35 million people -that makes 2.5 million in each of the 14 municipality. However rural areas must remain active  at least with 30% of the 35 million people which makes 11 million people remaining in rural areas.

The remaining 25 million should be absorbed into the fourteen municipalities which makes  atleast 2 million dwellers in each municipality.

The 1.3 trillion shilling then can be used to resettle new urban migrants it is then we can talk of a new country which middle class society.
