{UAH} FINALLY (Idi Amin gets 1 billion shs)

In a rule of law and constitutional society, once the law says something it must be followed. Despite what has been said about Idi Amin (and I do not like him or his failure to rule Uganda justly), he or his family is entitled to benefits accruing by the fact of having been the leader of this country.

If the money is coming in 'contraband' deal as you say, then that is the responsibility for the greater body of the Amin family to sort out.

I understand that having had many wives and children, the scourge of squabbles and one group of the family undercutting others may come in.

Call a family meeting and let all the legal children and wives benefit from Amin's estate.

Thank God Almighty, Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, for everything.
We endure ridicule, insults, "kamanyiiro", and now I am told the same people have thrown a billion shillings towards President Idi Amin. What for?
If it is an official state responsibility towards an eminent citizen, why is it being conducted like a contraband deal similar to those in the back streets of Kikuubo market?
