I read recently that court declared you the validly elected MP for Iganga Municipality and kicked out Mr. Peter Mugema Panadol.

Have you been sworn-in or is your NRM opponent appealing? How long does the appeal process take? Is it right for court to 'declare' a candidate elected or to just nullify the polls and order repeat polls?
