A rehearsal of the inauguration was secretly planned for today Monday. Well if you Are following my postings you will have read that I posted about the cancelling it yesterday. So it was set up for today any ways. Be informed that as it was running this afternoon, a fire broke out in a building near the capital building, and it was cancelled. The entire Capital is lock down as well.
