{UAH} NIGERIA'S GRAND LARCENY

NIGERIA'S GRAND LARCENY:Here below is the grand larceny that goes on in Nigeria where a Senator is paid $2 million per year despite the fact more than 80% of the population survives on less than $1 a day and many are now dying of hunger and malnutrition in the northern states of Bornu and Maiduguri. The USA, the richest country in the world, pays its Senators a fraction of what Nigeria wastes, at $175K.How do Ugandan Mpigs compare in this league? I am only asking about sums officially purloined, not those that exchange hands or pocketsl via back-handers, viaducts, shady deals, back slappers, bottom pinchers, official sieves and bugger my neighbours. I am told many of Kayibanda's Mpigs are offiicial no-gooders, rapacious parasites and ravenous louts, with many being dollar millionaires, not far behind in this major league of the good and the great.
