{UAH} Poor Affande Tear gas: busted

As the head of the Uganda Police Force my commitment is to put to an end to this individual acts and abuses of police officers who are tarnishing the image of the entire Police force.

I would urge my fellow Ugandans partners and the International community not to judge the entire force on the basis of a few bad acts of our officers.
