{UAH} President Besigye is released on bail by the kidnappers

Tuesday 12th July 2016 the kidnapped Uganda's President, Dr Kizza Besigye was released on bail by the maffia agent. The maffias using tramped up  charges doctored by NRM thugs had continued to keep him behind bars.
