{UAH} Put a stop to Kampala Expansion

Government should put a stop to Kampala City expansion before it becomes unmanageable-
Kla-Entebbe 32km, Kla-Mukono 24 km, Kla -Mpigi 38 km – infrastructure dev't maintanence cost will become a problem - Every 15 km, a 5 km forest is a breathing corridor. plus a 1 km space from L. Vic shores Tax people out of  the separation corridor
