IGAD to hold extraordinary session on South Sudan
Following escalation of violence in South Sudan, Foreign Affairs
Ministers of IGAD member countries will tomorrow 11th July 2016 hold a
meeting in Nairobi to discuss interventions to stop theviolence.
The meeting will take stock of the deteriorating situation in South
Sudan and chart a way forward including ways to hold those responsible
for the recent wave of violence to account. The IGAD Foreign Affairs
Ministers will be joined by TROIKA.
Wish our brothers and sisters in South Sudan, peace and security.
