Allan,
How many of us would score 100% in the quizzes posed to Namujji? Please ask the same to some of our colleagues as our good friend Asuman Basaalirwa did in court:
1. What is a map? (4mks)
2. What is pollination? (4mks)
3. What is crop rotation? (4mks)
4. What are the characteristics of an insect? (10 mks)
5.Differentiate between a noun and verb (3mks)
" On June 16, lawyer Asuman Basaalirwa, who represented Sserwanga, had during the cross examination tasked Namujju to answer basic primary literacy questions, including defining what is a map, pollination, crop rotation, characteristics of an insect and differentiating between a noun and verb.
Namujju could not answer any, throwing court in a bout of laughter. Martin K. Sserwanga of Bbunga, Kampala, petitioned court on allegations that Ms Namujju lacked the requisite academic requirements to be an MP."

It is easy to claim to have studied but when one fails such basic questions, then you wonder whether the claim was right or the education system to blame. Some rebels used to trick soldiers similarly; they would carry exercise books claiming to be high school students going to school but soldiers suspected them.
