SV: {UAH} Future Roadway Technologies

You see, my comrade Engineer Byandala Abraham and some very wonderful friends we have worked with them in Kampala City Council had a very great Road network from Kampala to Entebbe Airport. 

But, I think the plan was not put into its entirely design due to some of those who I think wanted the infamous 10% man eathet within the Bible leaves but not chapters!

Lately, I saw the construction of that project by the Chinese but not by the Norweigan as it was designed by Norconsult! This project or this Road cannot last for more than 30 years or may even be less than 25 years before very strong major repairs!
