I think in our Uganda the ideal of being innovative and, or trying to bring what one had seen being put in practised in other countries for the betterment of such folks can never be accepted by those who have been in power for the 30 plus years. These fellows most who held cabinet posts were refugees in the developed democratic countries but they failed to do anything good for the betterment of Ugandans.

Frankly, you may pour out some very good and valuable ideas, but those rulers can't accept or think about it in a possitive way. This, I think is the most unfortunate thing the NRA/M7 regime has built as it's most important legat.
