{UAH} Burundi opposition accuse Nkurunziza of targeting Tutsi soldiers

More Tutsi soldiers in Burundian army continue to disappear mysteriously the latest being Maj Emmanuel Nzigamasabo who is reported have disappeared from his home in Bujumbura on Sunday.

According to Maj Nzigamasabo's family, he was summoned by unidentified top police officer close to President Pierre Nkurunziza over unknown charges.

Nzigamasabo told his wife that he was afraid of being arrested.
Major Emmanuel Nzigamasabo worked at Burundian armed forces Ceyerezi hill town Muhanga Kayanza province.
his arrest followed after an arrest of another senior army officer in Shatanya neighborhood in the city of Gitega Major lenient Hamenyimana who was later released thanks to the intervention of the military command in the region after spending three hours at the police station in Gitega police on charges of assaulting presidential police charges he denied saying he refused to be dragged in the mud by the police who wanted to arrest him in an arbitrary manner.

Another army officer Salvator Manirakiza was also assaulted by the elements of the presidential police Monday, August 15, 2016 and a lieutenant Martin Katihabwa young winner ISCAM was arrested in Nyanza Lake and detained in a place still kept secret for his family. Lt. Martin Katihabwa was arrested in Nyanza-Lac and disappeared till to date.

Burundi opposition accuses Hutu dominated army officers of Ethnic cleansing mainly targeting Tutsi minority.
