Immanuel Mwamba, Kaiza stopped Lungu from conceding defeat
Outgoing President Edgar Lungu was ready to concede defeat but he has been stopped by Emanuel Mwamba and Kaiza Zulu.
Lungu called the meeting at State House this morning and in attendance was State House Permanent Secretary Chilubanama, Immanuel Mwamba and Kaiza Zulu among others and President Lungu was ready to concede defeat but Mwamba and Zulu assured him that they can change results in his favour.
State House sources said Mwamba said all they needed was money and choppers to help in cooking figures for Lungu. The Choppers have since been dispatched to other provinces while a huge amount of money has been released to bribe party agents for them to sign result certificate forms with inflated figures.
Chawama, Matero and Mandevu are being targeted in Lusaka while Western Province, Luapula and Northern Provinces are also on the list.
