{UAH} Explanation: UPDATE ON UNAA LAW SUIT

UNAA leaders are claiming that I interfered with UNAA business because I am "responsible for organizing a rival convention by unaacauses".  I denied it.  I do not have any role in unaacauses and they have not provided any evidence linking me to unaacauses.

Subject: UPDATE ON UNAA LAW SUIT

At the end of last week, we had a hearing on the cross motions for summary judgment.  Each side is asking the judge to rule in its favor regarding the following issues:

1. allowing members to see the records of UNAA.  We are seeking to see records going back several years, including bank records.

2. the validity of the 2010 Constitution

3. allowing members to call a special meeting

4. legal costs (we don't want UNAA leaders to use UNAA funds to pay legal costs and they want us to pay legal costs). 

5. whether I can represent the Petitioners, yet I a also a petitioner (another judge ruled in our favor on this issue in Feb, 2016). 

6. holding me responsible for interfering in business affairs of UNAA.

The judge should rule on these issues in the coming weeks...which will possibly bring the litigation to an end.
