{UAH} From MP Bakireke Namboze - very gruesome but where is Idi Amin when we need one

There is  an Indian woman Monisha living at Sir Apollo Kaggwa who is a sadist...she sets dogs to bite people as she laughs herself silly...interestingly all cases reported against her at old Kampala Police Station have been ignored...Last week she set the dogs on my constituent Nambi Fazira who had gone at her neighbours place for treatment. Yesterday I presented this matter in Parliament.
