{UAH} From Ronnie Rhymes on Hon Kibula

A lot has been said about the state minister for water and environment Hon Kibuule Ronald  and I see everyone blaming  him while others have gone ahead to demand for his resignation which makes me get concerned. I got a chance and I was at the bank during that fracas but observed the following;
1. While I was moving out of the abank I saw a UG...../SM Vehicle outside and immediately the body guard jumped out to open, it took my attn to find out who is coming out.
2- The minister jumps out of the vehicle and moves towards the entrance of the bank thou there was some people on the queue, he passed aside, A female guard was checking using adetector while other two male guards seated around but monitoring the whole situation but before he would bypass the queue, this female guard shouted at him " SSEBO WHETHER UR A MINISTER OR UR WHO LINE UP FOR CHECKING LIKE OTHERS AND IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED HIM WITH ADETECTOR ON THE STOMACH" Everyone was in shock inclussive of the male guards to the extent one male saluted and said minister just forgive her we are sorry. Before the minister responded to that she shouts again "AM DOING MY WORK I HAVE TO SEARCH HIM"
3. Now the minister responded can u let him check me but all happening when this lady is placing her detector machine on the minister's STOMACH.

There we saw him moving out of the bank and make a phone call after like 19mins police came and they chased all of us away. But when he was still on phone all of us turned against this lady inclusive of her colleagues we blamed the lady telling her to apologize but all in vain.
SURELY IF U WEA THE ONE?????let's be sincere
