How can a whole referral hospital in Soroti district not have oxygen? A friend of mine just died, she was on oxygen, unfortunately the oxygen ran out . What a local government , what a government system Uganda has. Greed and corruption, right from top to down has become a cancer that cannot be treated . Poor people get to pay the price . Most often they walk for miles to hospital for treatment but get told there is no medicine.
