{UAH} Gen Sale orders arrest of Kayihura’s Aide Abdalla Kitata

President Museveni's young brother Gen Caleb Akandwanaho alias Salim Sale has ordered for the arrest of Abdalla Kitata who is also an aide of inspector general of police Gen Kale Kayihura. The Red Times reports

A well-placed source within the Mutundwe based Serene Suites which houses Gen Sale told this website exclusively that Abdalla Kitata's troubles with Gen Sale stems from the shs 5bn shillings Sale recommended president Museveni to pass through Kitata to benefit 18 business sectors around Kampala.
It is indicated that Pastor Kayanja of Rubaga miracle center also a very close friend to the first family before elections approached president Museveni and introduced to him a plan of how he could support and votes from Kampala region.

Ps. Kayanja told Museveni to get some money and give it to different sectors which he assured him that local businesspeople are suffering thus with a top up on their working capital would attract them to give him overwhelming support.
Among the sectors Kayanja listed to president Museveni were Saloons, markets, Maize grinding machines groups, Lorry sector, boda boda sector, taxi drivers sector, builders, brokers, tailors, market produce sector and the journalists group which was headed by Kazibwe Bashir Mbazira of Pearl Fm.
After Kayanja hatched the proposal,  together Abdalla Kitata, Joel Kibirige, Evaristo Kayondo chairman KACITA, Byron Kinene the chairman Lorry association in E.Africa went and met with Gen Salim Sale at his home in Nakaseke district where they also discussed about it and asked him to sweet talk Museveni finance it.

Sale told them that for him he had no money to help them but called his brother and asked him to meet these people and told him that the proposal would benefit him.
It is indicated that president Museveni was busy planning for nominations and did not meet them.

At the day when Museveni was going for nominations at Kyadondo road, Kitata received 300m from president Museveni to mobilize a delegation from Rubaga district to accompany president for nomination but only gave delegates shs 2.5m after the Rubaga district NRM secretary General Sheik Swaibu Sentomero alias King Fhahadi threatened to resign his position on learning that Kitata had pocketed the money.
During campaigns, he also received 100 motor cycles through Kayihura which were to be distributed to crime preventers but only gave out 30 motor cycles and sold the 70 each at 2.6m.

On May 4 2016 the group led by Abdalla Kitata as the chairman NUDICAU went and met with president Museveni where they talked and they introduced the same plan.

Museveni asked them to go and make a budget and bring to him with in a period of 3days.
After 3 days.
It is revealed that after 3 days, Kitata secretly went and met president Museveni alone and the money was wired to him on May 9 2016 and he kept quiet.
After receiving the billions he bought 26 acres of land each acre at 25m where he started constructing a house but after learning that Sale was following up the matter he has since halted the construction and bought 10 commuter taxis.
This source said that what angered Gen Sale was after learning that all whatever Kitata has been getting from the president under the pretext of helping the people on the ground but has been ending up to his benefit.

Gen Sale is also reported to be angry with other deadly reports he has received from Kitata's victims including alleged deaths, disappearance under his 2010 boda boda bandits while the police chief is aware and has been keeping quiet.
