{UAH} KAYIBANDA: I DON'T KNOW WHY M23 REBELS REFUSED TO LEAVE UGANDA

REIGN OF TERROR IN UGANDA. For the past four decades since the early 1980's Rwandan outlaw kayibanda Museveni has been the major cause of conflict and instability in the entire East African and Great Lakes region. An unrepentant Fascist and patholological war monger, Kayibanda Museveni is hell-bent on the bankrupt ideology of establishing a Tutsi hegemony in the region. His violent activities to acheve this aim has caused unimaginable suffering and loss of life. It is estimated that in a mere 30 years of barbarity and unspeakable violence, kayibanda Musevni's  militaristic activities, war mongering and wanton and gratuitous murder has led to the genocide of over 15 million people in the countries of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo and South Sudan. Kayibanda Museveni today is completely blood-soaked and beyond redemption. No amount of punishment will ever undo the great harm and suffering he has inflicted on so many people. Per capita, Kayibanda Museveni has committed far worse crimes than Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler. And the effects of kayibanda's barbarity and genocidal recklessness are still being felt today with chilling effect as demonstrated by the story below. Together with the owl-eyed war-lord Paul kagame of Rwanda, they armed a murderous terrorist outfit called M23 and deployed it  in the DR Congo to pounce on an unsusepecting population and to  murder at will as many Congolese civilians as they could. M23 set on their task with unsurprising zeal and assiduoe determination, turning Eastern Congo into a Killing Fields where blood flowed freer than the waters of the River Nile. Such was the barbarity of the M23 that the UN was forced to intervene. Kayibanda and kagame have long been loyal puppets and nyamparas or hatchetmen of US imperialism in the Great Lakes region, so the Americans ordered both their puppets to end support for the murderous M23. Using Tanzania as the heavy muscle, M23 was bombed out of the forests of DR Congo and quickly retreated to Uganda where Kayibanda Museveni welcomed them with open hands. Many of these M23 murderers were in fact returning "home" as most of them grew up in Rwandan refugee camps in Uganda and served in Kayibanda Museveni's mercenary army called the NRA, which he used to subdue and conquer the Ugandan nation and establish Rwandan-Tutsi occupation in 1986 and has since been using to murder Ugandans at will.  Owl-eyed war lord Paul kagame, the notorious butcher of the Kibeho Refugee Camp, now a brutal dictator who kills Rwandans at will was even an intelligence officer in Kayibanda's NRA. He was nick-named "PILATO" for his brutality as he  specialised in hacking his victims to death with an axe, with the  heads put on a hard rock. Now Kayibanda Museveni wants these hardened killers of the M23 to remain in Uganda in perpetuity. Under kayibanda Museveni, there is no end to blood-letting. With the M23 on the loose, there can be no peace in Uganda. Uganda will never Know Peace as Long as M23 is on the loose and both Rwandan hangmen kagame and Kayibanda Museveni are in power. The dream of a Tutsi empire is a Cancer that must be excised if the Great Lakes region is to know peace and progress.

Museveni: I don't Know Why M23 Rebels Refused to Leave Uganda.

President Yoweri Museveni has revealed that he is not privy to the reasons why hundreds of member...s of the Congolese Rebel Group M23 who sought asylum in Uganda have refused to return home.

Museveni told press in Kasese today that he was still conducting consultations with the group to find out why they don't want to go back to their home country.

Since last year, Ugandan has not been responsive to the push by regional players to get the explanation as to why the rebels are not being repatriated.

About 730 of them according to President Yoweri Museveni are still holed up in Bihanga Barracks in western Uganda.

Efforts by the Kampala government in 2014 to forcefully repatriate the combatants sparked riots in the barracks. One of the fighters committed suicide. However, some rebels agreed to return home.

Under the command of Brig. Sultan Makenga, the rebels were in 2013 defeated by a joint force comprising troops from South Africa, Malawi, DRC and Tanzania before fleeing to Rwanda and Uganda.

The rebel movement which claimed fighting the government of President Joseph Kabila over the poor living conditions and abuse of human rights in Eastern Congo had even captured the strategic town of Goma only to be forced out by the regional leaders and international community.

The rebels would later sign a peace deal with Kinshasa to disarm and renounce rebellion.

Kabila's government committed to ensure a peaceful reintegration of the fighters into their communities.

Museveni while addressing a joint press conference in Kasese together with DRC President Joseph Kabila today said he was also confused as to why the rebels declined to return home even when all the guarantees they demanded for had been fulfilled.

"I have no idea why they are not going back; we discussed with (President) Kabila and he told me that they had done all the concessions that were needed, but that they were not going back," he said.

"I am going to ask them directly, why if all the guarantees have been put in place and then we shall inform the Congolese government."

The two heads of state held a two hour meeting at the Mweya State Lord in Kasese today before addressing a brief press conference.
