{UAH} (Bobby) TERRIBLE ACCIDENT KILLS 11 ON LIRA-KAMDINI HIGHWAY
Bobby,
Roads in Lango are at this time among the best they have ever been in history; better than even when Obote. You may be surprised to learn 'Kayibanda' is about to start construction another new tarmac roads right from Masindi Port, through Akokoro-Apac-Aduku-Lira-Kitgum-Musingu. Not even Obote could do that. Remember, you probably never dreamed of having tarmac through your own Dokolo, but guess what? It is full tarmac all the way to Soroti! Give credit where it is due. The accident in Kamdini could not have been because of the state of the road, which has been rebuilt.

Very sad. Roads in Lango are at at the back of the mind of Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni. The blood-saoked tyrant now runs the most corrupt and inefficient government in Africa, if not in the world. Museveni Kayibanda is a criminal and belongs to prison. The sooner we lock him up, the sooner we will begin the long and painful process of rebuilding our shattered country. We must end Rwandan occupation of our country now. We will never move even an inch forward unless we end Rwandan occupation and send kayibanda to prison or back home to Butare Town in Rwanda. National Salvation Must start today and with you the reader.
