{UAH} Kayihura in trouble PEPPER HEADLINES

Someone wants to finish off the IGP. Today's Red Pepper says he is for Presidency 2021. As i said here last year, a scheme is afoot to undo whatever solid achievements he has tucked away. The Third Axis was briefed by a certain Major last year about this scheme and once we saw the pepper headline this morning, we knew the cycle had come to the zenith.

But as usual, anybody in power circles should be ready for their hour of reckoning and not think they will remain aloft. I suspect the allegation in intel reports is that Kayihura condones brutality to tarnish President Museveni's presidency in preparation for his.

Then the Chief Justice spoke out; warning those who draws crowds of riff raff to courts to intimidate judicial officers. He says this after K.K alleged supporters staged shows outside Makindye court yet Besigye and group can never count a day at work without hordes of followers in tow.

The implication of the above is that soon the C.J's order will apply on anyone and Besigye in particular will have lost another line of defense in his defiance campaign.
