{UAH} LETTER TO GEN. KALEKYEZI FROM KINAWATAKA
Affande Teargas,
We are residents of Cinataka ,Lujira, Buya, Banda, Cireka and Byogerere wish to express our disappointment for having been left out in the group of your supporters who stormed Parliament and the Magistrates Court at Makindye last week to protest against your trial. Given our awkward economic situation we are envious of the financial facilitation that was extended to that group that was drawn from mainly among your Bafumbira tribesmen and women residing in Kamyokya and Nateete together with some Baganda goons. Even if your mobilizers could not travel to West Nile, Northern and Eastern regions the way they did in Masaka and Mbarara, we in Kampala represent those regions and if they had taken the trouble to reach to us we would have shown up. We would have halted our security guard duties, hawking of roasted g/nuts and yellow bananas, and stone querying in Mbuya and Kireka and come to show our support for you. The owners of the properties of the 'Tuli Mukintus' that we guard wouldn't have reprimanded us because you are championing a noble cause of maintaining the status quo so that their ill-gotten wealth is free from the threat paused by the confused opposition people. Our parents, siblings and relatives tell us stories of how some of those properties that we guard in Nakacero, Kololo, Bigolobi, Tinda, Indacitro area and Buya used to be their residences and business places.
Affande Nani Baton, sorry, Teargas, we commend you for your tireless patriotic efforts in the last ten years for eliminating the rouge 'Os' from the police and we take the opportunity to alert you that there are still a few of them still marauding in there. Among them is Michael Ogwal who until recently was the O.C CIID of Rukungiri district and is now on remanded in prison because he had thought that he would enjoy the same protection from State House like is the case with Aron Baguma of CPS. Actually another charge of Criminal Trespass with intent to annoy should be added on the charge sheet of Michael Ogwal because in the first instance he was not supposed to hold that position. May be he should have changed his name to read Ogwalimaana the same way you changed yours from Kalekyezi to Kale but of course the motive would differ. You remember how Commander Omara who has strayed in Kampala but was smocked out after he donned a Kanzu and appeared at a public function in Bulange.
Finally, we kindly appeal to you so that at the next round of demonstrations you should consider involving us also if your support take a national posture. Am sure you enjoyed the somersaults that the old women of Amuru district displayed to your former Minister, Gen. Aronda some time back and if you need the same it can be arranged with ease. You can contact your friend Mike Mukula so that he avails his boys from Arrow Security Group for the next show down. As you are aware these boys are easy to handle financially since even during 'their days' they would demand for small money for cigarettes and local drinks at roadblocks unlike the current professional security officers who are competing over acquisition of the best cars and mansions in town.
It our hope that you will take our appeal seriously.
Thank you.
