Blood-soaked Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni set about hunting his animal in Uganda in 1980. Unlike this veteran hunter and Queen of the jungle, kayibanda showed no mercy to his animal once he subdued and captured it. Natural born killers sometimes show mercy, they only kill for food or in self defence. Kayibanda Museveni on the other hand is a homo sapien psycopath who derives pleasure from killing and inflicting suffering on others. His bloodlust has left 15 million people dead in the Great Lakes region in a mere three decades.
