{UAH} Mr. President: do the Malaysia and Philippines with Narcotics drug vendors

A good number of people have entered Uganda with intent to turn Ugandans into a market for narcotic drugs consumption. I am just wondering how narcotics drugs are entering this country. Yes, because narcotics street value is a lot of money and  law enforcement will look the other way.

Kabalaga, Ggaba, Kamwokya are bastions of drug vendors using students as their first line of clients.

 

The story of narcotics drugs is shocking and heart rendering – and should be fought with the same gusto as fighting armed criminal gangs - shot the drug dealers. Don't deport them!

 

I worked with families under the influence of drugs and/or have been under drug addiction. Narcotic drugs are the number one killer of people in Latin America (Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Jamaica,) Europe, Canada, Russia and the USA.

 

The youth and adults using narcotic drugs lose all senses of feeling and reason –and worst of all they become excessively aggressive.

That is the major cause and basis for rampant violent crimes in the entire Latin America, Europe, Russian federation and USA.

 

In Latin America, every other crime is because of Narcotic drugs. Majority youth who committe suicide in Europe are under the influence of drugs.

And in indeed all recent mass killings in Europe are associated with the youth/adults who have been in narcotics drug business!

  

Here in Uganda we can't mix poverty, low level of knowledge, and drugs – it will be a disaster.
