SV: {UAH} Age limit Bill: “I received a bag of sugar, sh1m"

Onac OKURUT and UAH folks,
I think not very long ago Okeya GWOKTO had posted an article by a certain newspaper whereby opinion conducted gave the results that nearly 40 - 65% of people in Uganda from 16 - 65 years old accept that corruption is not bad or criminal!
I do not know, but I hope and request him to post the article again!
