SV: {UAH} Ugandan Alfred Olango: US police kill mentally ill black man - News from Al Jazeera
Mw. Kwesiga and UAH folks,
FIRST, this latest victim is the son of the soil from Gulu district in Acoliland, Northern Uganda. Clearly, the brutal cold blood murdering events taking places in old democracy America is quite sad. But unfortunately, if it were happening in some African, Asia and, or some Latin American countries the political leaderships from US, UK and their allies from EU countries would be calling for economic sanctions on such countries and calling them dictatorial regimes.
SECOND, truly I think, the political orders inside the American police had collapsed since they shoot to kill and ask later. There seems to be some message the police are trying to tell to American political leaders which Africans and some African-Americans are sadly paying the high price by their blood about it. There even seems racism in America is quite clear. It is unfortunate we sought for political asylum in the US, UK and several EU countries, but I think our folks must be protected under international laws.
THIRD, sadly the very bad thing is that most minorities do not go to vote in large numbers in most elections being it here in Northern Europe, we always do worse by not turning up for voting, but we only start to complain when elections are over! YES, we have the great responsibilities to use our votes which is the very yardstick to use for democratic change where we live in the democratic countries.
