{UAH} BETTY KAMYA CRITICIZES MUSEVENI OVER LACK OF SUCCESSION PLAN

Kampala minister Betty Kamya has faulted her boss President Museveni for not grooming his successor.

Kamya says the president is to blame for failure to put in place a succession plan.

The Kampala minister has been under criticism for praising Museveni's leadership and promising him a landslide in Kampala come 2021.

Kamya, a former Museveni critic has faced criticism for joining Museveni's government as minister.
