{UAH} Native Title - Buganda Population, Land Fragamentation

The population in Buganda is increasing rapidly and fixed land is increasing being chopped into smaller plots. How long can this go on without generating major land crisis.

Let Baganda seek to ratify the Native Title that will remove land from land speculators back into the hands of the legal entity the Kingdom of Buganda and finally  bury the 1900 agreement 

It will therefore imply the people will have a great say using cultural institution than it is under the machination of land act and a contested constitution.
