{UAH} Uganda Industrial Research Institute "fired" 20 staff during covid

A government institution known as Uganda Industrial Research Institute(UIRI) headed by Prof Charles Kwesiga "fired" 20 staff during covid by not renewing there contracts without prior notice and pay. And the reason for non renewal was covid related .
The fired staff have sought redress from courts of law, labor. Division, equal opportunities commission and most recently the office of the speaker.

The rate at which Ugandans are loosing their jobs is alarming...time to be creative
