{UAH} NSAMBU PASSES ON, REPLACING MAYIGA AND MALE WILL NOT BE SOLUTION

Brothers and sisters, replacing Kamalabyonna Charles Peter Mayiga as
Katikkiro and Owek. Kiwalabye Male as buganda land Board CEO will not
be a solution. The solution is to have a fully fledged Buganda
Government with a political Katikkiro and Lukiiko, which, under
Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, has powers to set up a Buganda
Land Board, compsed of ,among others districts land boards
chairpersons from Buganda Region, that will manage, among others,
Official Mailo including saza and gombolola estates, and public land
or akenda.
Sorry for the death of the late Owek. Yusuf Nsubuga Nsambu, who was a
real federalist and not a pretender for politicalk power or material
wealth. Inna Lillaahi wa inna ilaihi raj'una.
The Yoweri museveni and Josephmulwanyammuli deal of 2005 and the
Yoweri Museveni and Abdul Nadduli deal at Karamoja of 2004, should be
revisited, the earler the better, it is over due.
