{UAH} Old Kampala Afande Kirumira transferred to Buyende, few months After he settled in Kampala

Former Nansana Police O.C Afande Mohammed Kirumira who was until recently the DPC for old Kampala, has been transferred to Buyende district as the District Police commander Just a few months after he was appointed DPC of Old Kampala.

Buyende is the district  from where you can see Itanda falls and the other falls on the river Nile. It is one of the food baskets of Busoga region.

Kirumira had managed to close gaps in which Kifesi gangs had been robbing Ugandans, to the extent that stolen phones are no longer sold on the streets with impunity as it was before.
