{UAH} Why Kampala is wont chang much under KCCA!

Sadly Kampala City is beholden to special interests – those of election-focused politicians, the same people of the business sector. The lumpen Kampala rich have the worst buildings in the city - they do not obey the law and are untouchables.

NRM double dealing  - the wetlands, street vending, taxis on pavements, bodabodas

It is holding back much needed reforms and innovation and am really sorry for KCCA- many have already lost hope .
