SV: {UAH} Police Wearing CAA Uniform Arrested Besigye

UAH folks,
Let me state it here very clearly without mincing words! BESIGYE: Is one of the Human face of the Banditry regime. Yes Annet etal, I think both Besigye and M7 have duped Uganda with their NRA/M7ism banditry regime and Besigye despite the fact he had left the NRA/M7 regime he (Besigye) had never made an apology for the havocs the NRA/M bandits did in the Luwero triangle. Again Besigye had been the very political Commissar under which political and multi-party politics was ban in Uganda. I think Ugandans are not quite fools, since they know that it was under both Dr. Besigye and Mzee Dr. Paul Ssemogerere when Dr. Lutakome Kayiira Andrew was murdered in cold blood, but till tomorrow both Besigye and Ssemogerere cannot tell Ugandans who murdered Dr Kayiira Andrew.
Well, the historians will write that both Besigye and M7 were single sides of the same political coin. M7 will be remembered as president for life meanwhile will Ugandans as well Besigye will be remembered as the political opposition for life like M7. It will be the blind historians those would pour praise for both M7 and Besigye since there is nothing the brought to the whole Uganda since they went and come out of their Luwero triangle genocide fields!
Both went to the Luwero triangle very poor, but today both are the wealthiest men in Uganda after they robbed Ugandans dry during their infamous currency exchanges when they came to power. Under both M7 and Besigye, some Ugandans were baptized as Biological substances those were massacred in broad-day lights when those sub-regions were called war-zones!
This is how some of us will remember both M7 and Besigye!

Its appears Police is getting more soaked into hot pan over its acts. The use of CAA uniform is  not gonna go their way.
They hijacked a plane.
Used wrongly the CAA uniform to complete their mission
Abducted Besigye.
Illigally undermined immigration rules a passanger entering a country without passing thru check and no passport stamped.
They have to answer for their actions. Lets wait and see how this case unfolds.
They claim that... they allow air martial to travel with a suspect .....listen to that....
Felix Kaweesi affirms they can travel with a suspect.....U all know General Aronda died in the plane so can we affirm that he travelled with the police who finally killed him... its still in our minds he was killed.
My suspicion is soon coming out that there is a group of soldiers hiden in the police force who are master minders of the poising of Ugandans.
? If Aronda travelled with his assilant ....
Regime change people is the only solution.

Bobby and other egal heads, please advise.
The  CAA  has NO right to hijack a passenger and remove him from the airport wthout the involvement of Immigration/police .
It therefore follows that , it cannot be legal for police (who have a right to arrest) to pose as CAA (who have NO right to arrest).- to lawfully arrest KB.
In essence KB was illegally abducted because he was arrested by people wearing CAA clothes,  in a CAA car.

The arrest of Dr. Kizza Besigye at Entebbe International Airport was conducted by the police officers putting on the uniform of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the public has been told.
Upon return from abroad early this week, Besigye told press that he was grabbed on the steps of the Kenya Airways aircraft by what he called goons donning CAA Uniform.
He said these "literally lifted him into a CAA vehicle, and drove him to the old airport where police vehicles were waiting."
Yesterday however, police came out to clarify that the officials that arrested Besigye from the aircraft were indeed police officers that work at the airport.
AIGP Felix Kaweesi who is now the force's Spokesman, made the revelation while appearing on NBS TV's political talkshow, the Front Line on Thursday evening.
"It wasn't CAA but our officers wearing the CAA jackets that arrested Dr. Besigye from the stepsof the plane and safely took him home," Kaweesi said.
Kaweesi's revelation matched Besigye's earlierstatement that it was police officers "abusing" the uniform of another institution.
It however contrasts the CAA's Tuesday press release that denied the involvement of either its officers or uniform in the arrest of Besigye.
Besigye during the TV show revealed that the officers that arrested him were dressed in reflector jackets branded Civil Aviation Authority.
"The vehicle they took me to was also branded CAA, it had blue number plates UAR 487Y and was orangish in color," said Besigye.
The police mouthpiece however, clarified that the arrest was done by the police and that no laws were broken.
"The airports operate in a way that whoever works there, you must put on a brand of CAA. All Personal especially at the gate side must put on reflector jackets for identification by the pilots. It is also a requirement that our vehicles have the markings of CAA."
He added, "Even on the aircraft we deploy air martials. We can arrest on the plane or even travel with a suspect. There was no law flaunted. We don't need CAA permission to do our work at the airport.
