Congratulations Mr.Samuel Mugarura. We are so proud of you!
People with middling to average intelligence are often overwhelmed by the complexity in the modern world and the constant streams of information.These types are not intellectually capable of understanding social trends and world events.This confusion naturally creates great anxiety for them. Living in fear, they grasp simple dichotomies as a security blanket.This sort of person will, for example, arrest a teargas innovator in Uganda instead of giving him the resources to take this to another level. A Russian, American or Jewish leader will do anything to protect such a person. How come African leaders never support their own?
There's a Ugandan here in the UK, a good friend of mine,Dr.Zi Sean, who has also made two important innovations, and I just wish we could take advantage of him. Instead, we've come up with ridiculous dual citizenship laws that renders him a non-Ugandan!
