{UAH} Discripancies on signature....

Currently the so called Tumusiime Mutibile (TM) has two signature.... on bank note he signs in a certain way and on  official document he signs dufferently.

The question here is why does he sign in different form yet his the same person. Am.not sure if there is any law that would be used to safeguard the country from this corn man. Do you know that he can easily denie any documents signed by him on a claim that its not his signture...  refer to to days monitor...

He claims that it is ok. its not on. he has to be clear on what is his official signature is to stop confusing ugandans. How do we trust such a person when his inconsitent? from this act of signing
A and B when his contraling a sensitive post in our country to me implys we are  doomed. The man is either  too old for the job...and somebody else is working for him and his just theire bec of the NRM i dont understand or exhaustion is catching up on him

Surely he coud have signed lots of documents using different signature with intention . I think he needs to be brought to court to explain why his signing differently yet his in sensitive position. has he sold our Bank of Uganda to Sudhil as well and signed differently.... there must be a reason. we must get to the bottom of this... these are all old.men who have sat in offices for too long and these the out comes.

How can u be a man of TM and start signing using different signatures....really.... how will donors trust the country....? how cridible is he for the jobbhis holding? do we really see the dilema...of overstaying in power...
