MUSEVENI RUNS MAD :
This is the new type of irrigation system Museveni has just introduced to Luwero farmers ,
He has term it "jerrican irrigation" where you load a jerrican on a bicycle , ride to the village well to fetch water and carry the water jerrican to the garden and pour water on crops.
