{UAH} NRM youth intercepted from accessing State House

Excuse me please, I am lost. What crime have these NRM youth committed by going to Kampala  so that they deserve arrest? Why, what is their crime? Is asking to meet the president a crime? Is the president for only matures so that youth are considered intruders when they plan to meet him?

Forgive me if I bother you too much. You are one of the few brothers who does not get tired of helping me understand; and most appealing, you are not as proud and mean as Robert and Tony are. When you ask them their opinion, they label you a member of  Opposition. I don't understand this; does it mean only Opposition members take time to learn?
